How strong you are!

One day I was sitting on a bench with a friend sharing some thoughts. He took a stick from the floor and said to me: „You have no idea how strong you are! I think you know that you are strong, but you see yourself strong like this stick! But do you know how I see you? I see you as strong as this block of timber. No matter which storm will come, he is still there!“ I was overwhelmed and looked at the block. He was fixed with six screws. 

We all need „screws“ in our life, which provide our personal stability. Specially when it’s getting rough, when things don’t go our way, when life is challenging. 

He was so right and after I finished my thought, I said to him: „Yeah, but you know what I found out? Not only what was missing in my life. I know now, that if this block loose all his screws and will fall into the ocean. It will not sink!“

Let’s talk about life…

Looking back on this past year I can say, everything that happened was for something.

All the ups and downs, all the breaking and healing.

I still don’t know where life will take me,

but step by step I will get there.

I have planted not only one seed.

Also, I have proof now – it might not always go my way, but I will receive what I need and so much more.

All the hard work was for something, it always will.

So lets celebrate today, 

that life has its own way!

To teach us, to surprise us and in every chapter there will be a present!

It was always like that, I just haven’t seen what the universe has already sent.

The universe is so much more complex than we think!

We will never be smart enough to understand the bigger plan!

Furthermore, we would not take a single step, if we knew everything in advance.

But when we look back, we are grateful and understand the reason.

So I will still do the same as last year! Take what I can take, protect myself, appreciate what I have and enjoy it. What I miss right now, is maybe around the next corner, and if I get there, I will miss what I have now. The only thing which will never happen, is this moment right now.

So I will make the best out of every moment and just keep going. Because the only thing I have ever regretted are the moments I didn’t live fully and life’s gifts that I didn’t appreciate enough.

It’s never the mistakes that matter! They make us human, they built our personality!

Things come and go when I am ready. Presents will arrive – mostly, when I don’t think so, but always when I need them the most.

You see the light just in the dark! No fear, no worries, no doubts. I have all I need for the next chapter and when I keep going connected with mind, body and an open heart, I am on the right track!
